在中国的传统文化中,倡导“以山为德,以水为性”的美学追求,不同朝代的价值追求也有所不同,南北朝追求自然山水园、唐宋是写意山水园、明清则是文人山水园。
In traditional Chinese culture, the aesthetic pursuit of “taking mountains as virtues and water as nature” is advocated. Different dynasties also have different value pursuits. The southern and northern Dynasties pursue natural landscape gardens, the Tang and Song dynasties are freehand style landscape gardens, and the Ming and Qing dynasties are literati landscape gardens.
中国当代的建筑设计,不仅要探索国际化的设计语境与表达,更重要的是如何在当代的设计逻辑中构筑东方精神的文化载体,深挖文化根源,探索基于民族文化与未来发展的哲学与本体。本案无锡「山水江南」是融创集团继壹号院之后的又一个TOP级标准打造的产品——山水系。
Chinese contemporary architectural design should not only explore the international design context and expression, but more importantly, how to construct the cultural carrier of Oriental spirit in the contemporary design logic, dig deeply into the cultural roots, and explore the philosophy and ontology based on national culture and future development. In this case, “Landscape Jiangnan” in Wuxi is another TOP standard product created by Sunac Group after no.1 Courtyard — Landscape system.
土能生万物,地可发千祥。无锡是一个人杰地灵的好地方,是江南文明的重要发源地之一,也是中国吴文化的重要发源地。本案通过设计回归本源的思路,融合中国山水文化,以简约手法勾勒,融合自然,借助郁郁苍苍的茂林修竹、天然幽静的钟乳石洞等地形风貌为灵感来源,虚实相间的金属格栅,暮色之中,亦是亦非。
Earth can give birth to all things, and the earth can produce thousands of blessings. Wuxi is a good place with outstanding people. It is one of the important cradles of Jiangnan civilization and Wu culture of China. This project is based on the idea of returning to the origin of the design, integrating The Chinese landscape culture, drawing the outline in a simple way and integrating the nature. With the help of the lush forest and bamboo, the natural and quiet stalactite cave and other terrain features as the inspiration source, the metal grilles with false and real alternate, in the twilight, both yes and no.
唐宋八大家之一的欧阳修有言:“清风明月本无价,远水近山皆有情。”山水,不仅是真实的自然存在,而且还是富有个人情感的主观自然,人与自然相互融合,久而久之,从而形成一种和谐平衡的状态。
Ouyang Xiu, one of the eight masters of the Tang and Song dynasties, said: “The wind and the moon are priceless, far water and mountains are sentient beings.” Landscape is not only a real natural existence, but also a subjective nature full of personal emotions. People and nature are integrated with each other over time, thus forming a harmonious and balanced state.
山因水而灵,水遇山则绕。山水相拥,光影照映。整个设计以水为脉,庭院环绕。建筑师借助水景营造自然消隐的和谐关系,石、树、水、建筑巧妙地融为一体,将建筑的自然属性最大化,让设计回归到自然、纯朴的艺术意境。
The mountain because of water and spirit, water meets the mountain around. Landscape embrace, light and shadow reflect. The whole design is veined by water and surrounded by courtyards. With the help of waterscape, the architect creates a harmonious relationship of disappearing nature. Stone, tree, water and architecture are skillfully integrated, maximizing the natural attributes of the building and returning the design to a natural and simple artistic conception.
过厅的设计借鉴宋代“落地明造”的落地格子窗概念,廊道、叠山、理水、植树,引景入室,营造自然山野的自由意趣,人与环境的和谐共处、相得益彰。
The design of the entrance hall draws lessons from the concept of floor lattice Windows in song Dynasty. Corridors, mountains, water and trees are used to introduce scenery into the room, creating the free interest of natural mountains and fields, and harmonious coexistence and mutual benefit between people and the environment.
金属窗格悬于空,结构于光于影,变幻无穷。平凡之光,虚无静谧,却能让所有的艺术变得真实可触,洒于大地,基于时空,慢慢沉淀,渐渐呈现。
The metal panes hang in the air, their structure changes in light and shadow. Ordinary light, nothingness quiet, but can make all art become real and touchable, scattered on the earth, based on time and space, slowly precipitation, gradually presented.
“诗意山川为境,山川亦以诗为境。”在中国的山水画中,强调意境的静谧表达,同时也格外关注物象与心境微妙的辩证关系。
“Poetic mountains and rivers for the environment, mountains and rivers also poetry for the environment.” In Chinese landscape painting, the quiet expression of artistic conception is emphasized, and the delicate dialectical relationship between object image and mood is paid special attention to.
建筑的精神是一个心灵境界的完美呈现。旋转楼梯如同一个巨大的艺术装置,在开放的空间中形成了视觉中心,同时也是一层连接二层的一个唯美转场,仿佛让人进入了一种沉浸的平衡,于静谧中寻找自我的陶冶。
The spirit of architecture is the perfect presentation of a spiritual realm. The spiral staircase is like a huge art installation, forming a visual center in the open space. It is also an aesthetic transition between the first floor and the second floor, which seems to let people enter a kind of immersion balance and seek self-cultivation in the quiet.
对更高的美的追求是每一个灵魂所向往的,这也是艺术的追求和存在的价值。设计,有时追求人性的感化,有时强调建筑的精神气韵,而形式则是内在意蕴的外在表达。抽象形式越自由,其引发的心灵激荡便越纯粹。
The pursuit of higher beauty is what every soul yearns for, which is also the pursuit of art and the value of existence. Design, sometimes pursue the influence of human nature, sometimes emphasize the spirit of architecture, and form is the external expression of inner meaning. The more free an abstract form is, the purer is its spiritual agitation.
洽谈区是整个售楼处的核心区域,灵感于‘竹林’,整体以大地色系为主基调,通过金属格栅的重新分割,形成了一种静谧的氛围。空间为纸,天光如墨,格栅为笔,以时间变化为自然转换的浮光掠影,仿佛给空间注入了一个艺术的时光机,宛若流动的山水画作。
Negotiation area is the core area of the whole sales office, inspired by the ‘bamboo forest’, the overall tone of the earth color system, through the re-division of the metal grating, formed a quiet atmosphere. The space is paper, the sky is like ink, and the grille is like a pen. The time change is transformed into a glimpses of natural transformation, as if an artistic time machine has been injected into the space, just like a flowing landscape painting.
静静等待清晨的到来,或因流连暮色而静静发呆。如时间般自然飘渺,一切皆应了光的到来、或停驻,或离开,寂寥而美好。
Quietly waiting for the arrival of the morning, or lingering in the evening and quietly in a daze. As natural as time ethereal, all should be the arrival of light, or stop, or leave, lonely and beautiful.
柏拉图所说的潜在的宇宙原则所体现的自然、和谐、秩序、精确,是美学的组成要素。中空悬廊矗立的“竹林”为室内营造了素净的氛围,参观者来到二层,被带到了一片宁静的空间,让人进入到了一种光的沉浸式体验,设计师巧妙的设计让参观者领略禅学幽远的深意,让心思进入一种空无的境界,唤醒被尘世蒙蔽的心灵,重新获得力量。
The nature, harmony, order and precision embodied in Plato’s underlying cosmological principles are elements of aesthetics. Hollow hanging gallery stands “bamboo forest” for indoor and create the atmosphere of plain and neat, visitors to the second floor, was taken to a piece of quiet space, let a person into a light immersive experience, stylist clever design let visitors appreciate the meaning of zen further, let the mind into the state of a void, wake up the screen of the world heart, to regain power.
