设计上化繁为简，以简洁明朗的线条结构，搭配优美弧线的旋转楼梯，展现空间的简洁与精致，更结合点状、带状情境光源，凸显空间特性。花艺软装承托主空间的西方色彩绚烂之美，隐喻内敛中蓄势待发的生命力。
Simple structural lines and graceful spiralstairs define concision of the space, spots and strips of lighting highlight specialty of the space. Floriculture is as minor decoration but expsses strong vitality.
主空间墙面暖色艺术屏风排列与错落有致的艺术吊灯看似矛盾，却又能在空间交相呼应。
The warm color art screen on the main space wall seems to be contrastive with the art chandelier but actually create balance.
天花墙面简洁有序的线条凸显空间精致，局部镂空的屏风，用以透出光线，寓意着正直、沉稳与突破，正如金地企业传达的精神，用心做事，诚信为人；果敢进取，永怀梦想的精神价值体现。
Straight rays of sunshine directly shine into the space, just like the spirit of Gemdale-be an honest person, do the right thing; be brave and aggressive and never stop your dream.
设计师在材质的搭配挑选上也是颇具用心，大面积空间留白，暖灰色木饰面、墙地面卡特纯灰拼接，灰色调的空间局部点缀雪印象、雪花白玉、海洋绿等天然石材，搭配设计师独创研发的艺术屏风、编织网、墨绿色艺术墙纸和金色艺术品，在光线下呈现出一个错落有致的艺术空间。以石材、艺术玻璃、金属网、木饰面及灰色不锈钢等金属的材质对比凸显细节品质感，形体大气而不张扬，细节精致而富变化，呈现简洁轻盈又不失典雅的西方气韵。
The designer spent much attention on the materials matching. Large areas of blank space, warm color wood veneer,marbles, glasses, metal net and so on, all the materials are delicate , showing the simple but elegant western style.
