The exterior brick walls are set against the living room fireplace with the same materials, while additional architectural finishes such as textured wall tiles and graphic terrazzo enhance the sense of harmony.

The Norman Copenhagen white clock pendant is suspended on a bench on the island. The design objective is to maximize the outdoor connection. The unique residence features two gable buildings and is composed of a single storey structure, which separates the entertainment space from the private bedroom.
The facade of the house is completely covered with black tiles recovered from rubber tires and juxtaposed with a large white plastered chimney, reflecting customers pference for monochrome interiors. Inside, the spacious glass windows allow plenty of natural light to shine gently on the stucco walls, and its imperfections are obvious in the light.
