Here, the water runs along the mountain, and the mountain is beside the water, which has a unique scenery of the city is on the mountain, and the mountain is in the city.
重庆世茂千厮门售楼处与洪崖洞隔江而对，因而在设计中期望一种精神上的共鸣。大研设计提取山城建筑明晰的结构，细腻的材质，立体的动线，构造出富有力量感与精神意义的几何空间，回应山城居住应有的内涵。
Chongqing Shimao Qiansi door sales office and Hongya cave across the river, so in the design is expected to be a spiritual resonance. 穿梭在恣意折叠的重庆，当汽车驶过长江大桥，一眼收尽洪崖洞，设计师思绪万千，这也是他在设计中不断寻回自己的过程，让抽象的洪崖洞与对面的洪崖洞相映相望。

镂空编织肌理石材在灯光下如同水面的波光流转。接待台取意为舟，使人不禁联想起泛舟江边的自在之行。左右两侧的金属饰面灯带造型则通过地面的反射映照出一个完整的编织形态的圆。

自然光下，拱顶、穹窿、拱与柱均是呼应阳光特质的构造体。光借着季节与四时推移，赋予空间不同的气氛。

建筑立面带来充分的透明感与开放感，也塑造了室内的独特性和空间性格。LED屏幕以极具装置感的方式，与墙面浅灰色肌理构成视觉对比，人的感受也因此丰富起来。

千厮门曾为重庆城的仓廪，其名取自《诗经·小雅·甫田》：乃求千斯仓，乃求万斯箱。城市进程中日渐陌生的十七门的记忆与古意，以隐约的形式融入背景之中。

穹顶形的骨架所产生的洞穴感正与江对面的洪崖洞发生对话，同时也庇佑着洽谈区，在自由流动的空间中界定了不同的功能分布。
